European Commission President attacks “stupid populists” in inept outreach to Eurosceptics

The chaotic state of Europe since the Hijra began has given rise to a movement that seeks to protect democratic rights and freedoms. The globalist left calls this movement “populist” and “anti-immigrant,” yet these globalists steer clear of the mere mention of “responsible immigration,” because they prefer smears and identity politics to discussion and debate, seeing the former as an easier means to enable their propaganda.

Europe has been moving toward a precipice as it embraces a blend of socialism and Islamic supremacism.

Back in July, Hungarian leader Viktor Orbán said that “the Jeane-Claude Juncker-led European Commission’s days are ‘numbered’, with its mandate expiring in May and Eurosceptic parties set to make gains in 2019 elections.”

Orban is likely right. Now all Juncker could come up in the face of pushback is the characteristic name-calling that has come to be expected of globalists:

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has attacked “stupid populists” whilst attempting to reach out to Eurosceptics as predictions point to federalists losing out in May’s European Parliament elections.

Another example of the leftists’ deficient approach in the face of opposition: Sadiq Khan’s new opponent in the mayoral race in “multicultural” London, which has seen a soaring crime rate (correlated to immigration), is Shaun Bailey. The response has been crude:

Socialists and Labour Party members and supporters have bombarded the Tory candidate for London Mayor with racist abuse, berating him for being a right-wing black man.

Shaun Bailey, the man who will attempt to unseat Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan in the 2020 election, has been labelled a “lying coconut”, a “vile disgusting Uncle Tom” and a “token ethnic” by left-wingers on social media.

While such types typically pretend to be morally superior and  immigrant-supporting, they ascribe to intersectionality, a bigotry of low expectations, name-calling and worse, even broadly justifying their hateful behaviors, as Hillary Clinton just did:

Hillary Clinton stated that it’s impossible to be civil with a party “that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about.” She continued that if Democrats win back one or both chambers of Congress, “that’s when civility can start again.”

When globalists are opposed in a civil manner, they increasingly resort to uncivil thuggish behavior, promoted by a supportive media. Let’s hope that Eurosceptics see through the disingenuousness of Juncker, who has insulted their intelligence with his “stupid populists” remark.

“Top Eurocrat Juncker Attacks ‘Stupid Populists’ in Attempts to Reach out to Eurosceptics”, by Victoria Friedman , Breitbart, October 9, 2018:

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has attacked “stupid populists” whilst attempting to reach out to Eurosceptics as predictions point to federalists losing out in May’s European Parliament elections.

Addressing a session of the European Week of Regions and Cities on Monday, the top Eurocrat said that the European Union must distinguish between “those Eurosceptics who have questions to ask and opinions to make” and the “stupid populists”, reports Euractiv.

“In Europe, there is an increasing number of Eurosceptics and they tend to be promoting Eurosceptical opinions. We should talk to them,” the Commissioner said, adding: “We cannot build Europe against the nations and the regions.”

The Eurocrat’s cooperative sentiment is an evolution from where he positioned himself in September 2016, where he said that to prevent Europe from “going down the path of nationalisation”, post-Brexit, Europe needed more “union” — while it has been populism, which Juncker continues to condemn, that has largely provided a political framework for Euroscepticism….
